Digital Course Access

Our courses and memberships provide digital access to educational content. Once access is granted, materials can be viewed immediately. Because of the nature of digital goods, refunds are limited to the scenarios outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

• Single courses: refundable within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
• Bundles: refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of the included courses exceed 20% completion.
• Annual memberships: refundable within 14 days of purchase if total course access remains below 20% of available content.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after the eligibility windows noted above.
• Courses or memberships with more than 20% of content accessed.
• Promotional or discounted offerings clearly marked as final sale.

Live Session Changes

If a live session is rescheduled by Shivlornghitchon, we will notify you and provide an alternative date or access to a comparable recording. If a session is cancelled without a suitable alternative, a session-specific refund or credit may be offered.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your order details, the course or membership name, and the reason for your request. We review eligibility based on access logs and policy criteria.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

Account Access During Review

While a refund request is under review, course access may be paused to prevent unintended usage beyond eligibility limits.
